Aleksander Kaczuk-Jagielnik (1998) – baritone, born in a family of artistic traditions, son of a photographer Piotr Jagielnik and a painter Agata Kaczuk-Jagielnik.

Young Artist of the National Opera Studio in London during artistic season 2023/2024.

A graduate of bachelor studies (2017-2021) in the Vocal Department of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, student of prof. Bogdan Makal. Since October 2021, he continues his studies at the Wrocław Academy of Music on a master’s degree in singing and acting. Moreover, in October 2022 he became a participant in the Young Talent Development Program – Opera Academy at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw.

He began his singing studies at the Primary and Secondary Music School in Gorzów Wielkopolski under dr. Beata Gramza. His last achievements are the 3rd prize at the International Danubia Singing Competition 2022 in Budapest and the 3rd prize at the 7th International Musicians-Performers Competition “Performers of the 21st Century” in Moscow in March 2021. Laureate of many Polish National Singing Competitions, including: 1st prize in the 5th Halina Słonicka National Vocal Competition in Suwałki, and the 2nd prize in the 11th Ludomir Różycki National Singing Competition in Gliwice, awarded during the 7th Krystyna Jamroz National Singing Competition in Kielce, received the highest score of 25 points and awarded at the CEA Macroregional Contest 2017.

He perfected his singing skills under the supervision of outstanding teachers in the Young Talent Development Program – the Opera Academy, including: Izabella Kłosińska, Olga Pasiecznik, Michał Biel, Mariusz Kwiecień, Sophia Muños, Tobias Truniger, Maciej Pikulski, Dearbhla Collins, Elaine Kidd, Rosemary Joshua, Edith Wiens, Hedwig Fassbender  and during numerous other masterclasses: Eytan Pessen, Aleksandra Kurzak, Francesco Bottigliero, Sabina Martinaityte, Jarosław Bręk.

Awarded with three artistic scholarships from the Gorzów Wielkopolski City Mayor. He is very active, he willingly takes part in various artistic projects and takes initiative to organise his own art projects he inviting young polish artists a.o. Paweł Popko, Michał Skowronek, Bartłomiej Malarz – what resulted in creating CHOPINstories, Polish Music for Voice and Piano and Italian Arias Recital. Despite his young age, he has performed frequently, participated in opera projects in Poland and abroad. From December 2020, he is also a member of the Gorzów Music Society.
